Shipping policy

Effective May 6, 2022

Crown Aces LLC ("Bracquel," "we," "us," or "our") ships with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail/UPS.

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit authorization can take up to 24-48 hours for approval.

Under normal business operations shipping takes 7-14 days since majority of our products are custom made. If there are specific or more current delays those turnaround times will be listed and updated in all product descriptions.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the final shipping destination and are applied at checkout. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

If your package is lost, stolen or mis delivered we will open an investigation with USPS or UPS. Once investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery has been confirmed. If the USPS or UPS determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.

Its the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
